"I was referred to DJ by a dear friend. I started with a simple goal: gaining muscle tone before I walked down the aisle in a fitted wedding dress. During the process of working with DJ, I gained much more than muscle tone. I have physical strength for the first time in my life.
In a recent fitness test held by my company, I beat both the men and the women. It was an exhilarting experience for me. I did not participate in either high school or college sports so the feeling of winning in an athletic setting was a new one. Additionally, I'm literally standing an inch taller! My back muscles have resulted in improved posture, and will help avoid the "old lady hump," for which I was a candidate.
Overall, training with DJ has improved my health—and my self confidence. As I consider important next stages in my life like starting a family with my husband Nick, I will continue to work with DJ to maximize my chances of delivering a healthy child."
